Daily, 7:00 am – 12:30 am, departing every 15 minutes. Shuttles pick up and drop off at three locations including West Walkway, Bungalows and Beach Club. Shuttles may be tracked by visiting thebocaraton.com/shuttle.

 

Please note: During Beach Club’s reimagination, the shuttle will only be traveling to and from Beach Club from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. 

The Water Taxi is available daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, between Harborside and Beachside. Access through Palm Court or Yacht Club lobby (Harborside). Access at Beach Club dock (Beachside). Water taxis may be tracked by visiting thebocaraton.com/shuttle.

We provide courtesy rides within a two-mile radius of the resort for registered guests. Service is offered based on availability at the time service is needed between the hours of 8:00 am – 8:30 pm daily. Inquiries may be made in person at the Discovery Center in the lobby at Cloister.

Gratuities are not expected or required, as we are a gratuity-inclusive resort. It is our mission to provide you with exceptional service and unparalleled amenities during your stay.

Children 16 years or older may use the fitness clubs unaccompanied. Children ages 12-15 must be accompanied by an adult.

Children ages 12-17 may enjoy a spa treatment when accompanied by an adult 18 years and older. Access is limited to treatment room, Great Hall and locker room. Children under 17 do not have access to inhalation, sauna, steam room, ritual baths, outdoor pool and jacuzzi, and Spa Café.

Beach Club:

Harborside Pool Club:

The Boca Raton is only open to Club members and resort guests, and is not open to the general public. We appreciate you keeping your Resort Guest Card with you at all times for the safety and security of all our members and guests.

The resort is only open to Club members and registered resort guests.

Wi-Fi is complimentary within the guestroom and public spaces. Connect to “The Boca Raton” Wi-Fi SSID from your device settings.

 

At Beach Club, the ATM is located around the corner from the front desk. Harborside, the ATM is located at Cloister in the hallway near MB Supper Club.

We do not have an onsite doctor. We have a doctor and pediatrician who can be called to the resort upon request.

We do not offer rollaway beds in guestrooms.

We offer a wheelchair escort from one location to another. Wheelchairs are not available for an entire guest stay. Our concierge can recommend local wheelchair rentals if needed.

Gift cards are available for purchase at online or on property at Boca Chica, Mister Pink, Mizner’s Provisions, the Pro Shop, and other retailers or at the Discovery Center in Cloister Lobby. Gift cards do not expire and can be redeemed by a Club member, Club member guest or registered guest of the resort.

With a classic aesthetic and club-branded apparel, the Pro Shop offers items for the modern sportsman. Additional shops are available at Cloister, including Jewel Box, Boca Chica, Mister Pink, and Maison Rose. Harborside Pool Club offers shopping at Everything But Water and H2O. At Beachside, you will find Mizner’s Provisions and Vilebrequin in the Beach Club lobby, and Michelle Farmer adjacent to the pool deck. Beach Casual: Swimwear and beachwear permitted.

Beach Elegant: Shirts, cover-ups, and footwear required.

Resort Casual: Smart casual permitted, swimwear and cover-ups not permitted.

Resort Elegant: Evening attire required.  For gentlemen, collared shirts and trousers.  Equivalent attire for ladies, including dresses and skirts. Flip flops, hats, and shorts are not permitted.

Resort Elegant-Jackets Preferred: Evening attire required. For gentlemen, collared shirt and trousers, jackets preferred. Equivalent for ladies including dresses and skirts. Flip flops, hats, and shorts are not permitted.

Dog Friendly

Puppy love is real. We know how important your four-legged family member is to you, so we welcome dogs up to 35 pounds at Bungalows, Yacht Club, and Cloister. Your pup will be provided with water and food bowls, as well as a plush dog bed. Our dog-friendly activities include walking trails, paddle boarding and much more.

Please note that Beach Club, Tower, and all restaurants and shops only accept service animals.

$195 one-time, non-refundable fee includes daily tuck-in service, and designated pet-relief stations outside the Mizner Center and the Bungalows.

Our resident team of pet-lovers are here to assist with booking pet services, any special requests, and answering all questions.

Our exclusive childcare provider, Itavi, also offers dog sitting services. Please contact our Guest Experience team for more information and to request service.

Health & Safety

The safety and security of our guests, members, and Associates remain our highest priority. We continue to maintain rigorous cleaning standards by providing enhanced training for our staff, increased cleaning of public areas, and refining of all service touchpoints.

 

At the Fitness Club, Golf Club and Racquet Club, Associates are dedicated to sanitizing surfaces; guests and members are requested to clean their equipment before and after use.

Spa Palmera and Salon facilities and all equipment are sanitized between services and at the end of each day. Spa Associates receive specialized sanitation training, and wash their hands frequently, after each interaction and throughout the course of the day.

All guests receiving a spa or salon service are required to complete a waiver prior to their spa service. A digital waiver will be sent once a reservation is confirmed. Guests must complete this waiver prior to their visit. This may be completed the day prior, but no later than the morning of your service. Services will not be performed without a completed waiver.
