After getting his start in New York pizzerias, Louie rose to prominence in South Florida’s culinary scene, known for his artisanal pizzas and charcuterie. At his namesake restaurant, Louie Bossi’s, his dedication to authentic Italian cuisine has earned him the title of Broward Palm Beach New Times’ “10 Best Chefs in Broward County.” His restaurant was recognized as one of City & Shore magazine’s “Best New Restaurants of 2015” and named the “Best Pizza in Broward” by Thrillist.
