Available in half-pint sizes, the fresh-churned cool treats (made in-house!) will include permanent flavors like chocolate, as well as rotating options that speak to the season. Chef Sebastien Feneyrol says they will be creative and nuanced enough to keep dessert lovers coming back for more: “The flavors will be exciting, like a rose lychee gelato with macaron chunks or a Key lime cheesecake gelato swirled with lemon macaron chunks.” For adults looking to add a kick to their dessert, Maison Rose proudly serves Aubi & Ramsa alcohol-infused ice creams. The Miami-based brand features premium alcohol and ingredients produced in small batches, making for an extra-flavorful delight for those 21+.
